Hanuman Chalisa can be performed in the mosque 15 minutes before the call to prayer, the commissioner of police said in the order. Permission is required only for the use of horns for any event at religious places, the order said. Police Commissioner Deepak Pandey said that legal action would be taken against those who did not comply with the order.
