However, the Chief Minister of the state Eknath Shinde has confirmed that no decision has been taken by the state government to hinder the development of the pilgrimage site.
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited Pune district for the first time after assuming the post of Chief Minister. A meeting of former MLAs, MPs and administrative officers of the district was held at Vidhan Bhawan in Pune. The memorial at Tulapur in Haveli taluka, the memorial at Vadhu Budruk in Shirur taluka and the area of Tulapur and Vadhu Budruk will be developed. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis have taken a positive stand in this regard. Hence, satisfaction is being expressed from Shiva lovers.
