4 lakh fraudulently lured to get a job in Tata Motors

Tata Motors in Pimpri-Chinchwad has been accused of defrauding nearly Rs 4 lakh by claiming to employ girls. The complainant has said that he fell prey to this lure by sending a false joining letter through WhatsApp. 8-year-old Vijay Tambe has lodged a complaint at Bhosari police station. In his complaint, Tambe has said that Farooq Ahmed Ali Laskar, a 40-year-old Isma, had defrauded him of Rs 3.95 lakh.

In Pimpri-Chinchwad, Vijay Tambe allegedly hired his friend Sunil Bagade’s daughters to work for Tata Motors and embezzled a total of Rs 3.95 lakh from them online and in cash. When the accused Farooq sent a fake joining letter and documents of Tata Motors on WhatsApp, the plaintiff came to know that he was involved in financial fraud. He has lodged a complaint with Bhosari police in this regard. The accused has not been arrested yet.
