Also, the person sitting on the back of the bike does not wear a helmet. The Mumbai Police has said in its order that a person riding a two-wheeler without a helmet is liable to a fine of Rs 500 and suspension of his driving license for three months.
The order states that two-wheelers and their occupants should wear helmets, otherwise legal action will be taken against the occupants of such two-wheelers in the next 15 days.
